A Moment of M.A.D.ness: The Next Gear
I find myself in a place where I believe I need to grind a little harder to sharpen the skills necessary to go to the next level of M.A.D.ness. In the state in which we live, there has to be a effort to push to the next level of awareness that will help enlighten those around us. I am gathering my tools, strapping on my belt and making it tight. This journy is not for the faint at heart, the weak in resolve, the doom and gloom quoters nor the side-line commentators. I say, as you look to the sky you need to be doing some work. Our Lord did not give you the tools to work with just to lay them down and call on him. In your calling, have some action. Lets go people, The M.A.D.ness is waiting.

A Moment of M.A.D.ness: Possibility Thinking
A friend of mine once did a talk on success tips. One of the tips mentioned that evening was Possibility Thinking. As always, I sat back and took in what was being said and I went home and I started reflecting on this tip that was given. In a world that would have you to think positive, what is missing is the possibility to achieve. There is no positive thinkng without the thought of positivity being possible. When we give ourselves over to the potential of something having the capabilities of happening beyond mere hopeless hope, we will start seeing the positive results of all actions. Simply put, We have to start BELIEVING.

A Moment of M.A.D.ness: Integrity
I was once asked about the word integrity. I replied to the person that I believe integrity in my life operationally is doing the right things the right way. The "By any means necessary" approach is not acceptable when you are talking about integrity. Unethical ways of achieving success is not an option. We are created human and we are govern by laws, natural laws that prohibits us from debasing ourselves to animalistic behaviors. It is that innate thing that tells us we are doing wrong or headed in the wrong direction. If we will only take a minute to listen, we will find ourselves in a better position. I once watched a program about a young man who was deep into gang activity and at the age of 11, shot his first person. After the high of drugs and alcohol sunsided, he was left with that inner voice that was telling him that he was wrong for what he had done. If we would only listen before hand, that very same voice is talking to you before you ever commit the wrong act.
Integrity is a God given right mankinf owes to each other. Integrity is the courtesy that allows human beings to be human.

When was the last time you were M.A.D.
I am excited about being M.A.D. I get a sense of satisfaction when I see others who are M.A.D. M.A.D.ness is something we all should do on a daily bases, make that several times a day. M.A.D.ness is contagious. Once you get there and others see it, they will want to be M.A.D. too. Look to see how you can Make A Difference in someone's life each day. Be a giver more than a taker and lets IMPACT lives.....

The Edification of your " STAR PLAYER"
In my experience, people have succumb to events and issues based on fear and fear alone. We, unfortunately, are good at instilling fear in each other. It is as if we have a pre-disposition to fear instead of Hope. Each day we have the opportunity to tell ourselves and the one's around us that This is the "BEST DAY OF MY LIFE". The edification comes in when you reflect and say "TRY MISSING ONE".
Each day brings it's joy and pain, it's ups and downs but they should be embraced and cherished. As we begin to put our STAR PLAYER in motion, the one thing we have to remember is that, fear is crippling and allow all those negative vibes to interrupt and distort our focus. We are not talking about lying to oneself but accepting the good and the bad of situations and not letting those things hinder us from moving forward.
